As a key member of our salon, you will help clients achieve their desired looks while contributing to our reputation for excellence and innovation. *Responsibilities* * Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, highlights, extensions, and updos. * Ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon. * Deliver outstanding customer service to create a positive experience for clients. * Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques. * Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable products. * Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk presence. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations. * *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role. * Strong knowledge of current hair trends and styling techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to provide exceptional customer service. * Knowledge of sanitation standards in a salon environment. * Ability to upsell products and services effectively. * Flexibility to work in a fast-paced setting. * Certification from a recognized cosmetology or hairdressing program preferred. * *Call-To-Action* Ready to transform lives one hairstyle at a time?
