*Responsibilities:* - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum - Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment for children - Plan and supervise activities to stimulate physical, social, and intellectual growth - Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment - Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development *Experience:* - Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with special education needs and accommodations - Familiar with How Does Learning Happen?
