Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries. Maintain work records and logs. Perform general office duties. Provide customer service. Communicate with ships, aircraft and other remote operations. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders. Follow-up on issues with work orders. Keep track of shipments. Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses. Respond to urgent calls from individual who find themselves in life threatening situation and who require assistance . Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Employment terms options: Day. Weekend. Overtime available. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.- Location Langley, BCV4W 1N6
