_*About Modus:*_ Roastery Modus is a self-funded micro roaster specializing in modern coffee roasting and sourcing. Coffee is at the centre of what we do, and our in-house bakery is an extension of that same approach?thoughtful, seasonal, and honest. It?s important to us to be able to provide a well rounded experience. _*The Role*_ We're looking for a part-time baker to join our team. You'll be working directly with our Head Baker to produce our daily bake lineup, prep for service, and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. it's a role for someone who enjoys baking, pays attention to the details, and wants to be part of a small team that cares about quality. _*What You'll Be Doing*_ * production baking and prepping our lunch lineup of focaccia sandwiches * Following recipes accurately and consistently * Assisting with recipe development and seasonal features * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace * Helping with ingredient prep and day-to-day production * Working closely with the Head Baker and café team _*You Are*_ * Reliable * Organized * Detail-oriented * Comfortable working with urgency without rushing * Curious and open to feedback * Happy working as part of a small team Previous baking experience is preferred Weekday and weekend availability is required.
