We are currently seeking reliable laborers and landscape masons to join our team.</p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong><br> As a laborer, you will be part of the team responsible for carrying out the construction of landscaping projects. You will perform various tasks such as excavation and demolition, site cleanup, paving installation, construction of retaining walls and natural-stone patios, planting, and more. This is a physical role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors as part of a team.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Help maintain a clean and organized job site.</p></li><li><p>Perform various manual tasks such as transporting materials, mixing concrete, shoveling soil and stone, placing stones and rocks, and planting perennials, shrubs, and trees.</p></li><li><p>Assist the foreman with all planned project tasks: preparation and demolition, installation according to architectural plans, finishing, and cleanup.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the required quality of work for each task.</p></li><li><p>Maintain health and safety standards on all job sites.</p></li><li><p>Operate small tools, small machinery/mini-excavator, and dump truck as needed and according to experience.</p></li><li><p>Install mulch, decorative stones, and other landscaping materials.</p></li><li><p>Install sod.</p></li><li><p>Perform any other necessary tasks related to landscaping, as needed.</p><strong>How to Apply</strong><span></span><p>Please submit your résumé and a brief cover letter to<span> </span><strong>cv@swdla.com<span></span></strong>.<br>You may also apply in person at our office:<span> </span><strong>5794 Place Turcot, Montréal</strong>.</p><p>We invite you to visit our website to see the types of projects we work on:<br><strong>https://darochawebsterlandscapes.com/fr/</strong></p></li></ul> <br> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ability to work independently or as part of a team, outdoors, while maintaining good physical endurance, a positive attitude, and strong energy.</p></li><li><p>Ability to use tools to perform manual tasks.</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in various weather conditions.</p></li><li><p>Reliable transportation to the DRWP office and/or a valid driver?s license.</p></li><li><p>Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a healthy work environment.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate effective leadership and clear communication skills with team members, the project manager, and all other parties involved.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent team spirit, and patience in demanding situations.</p></li></ul>- Location Montréal, QC
