The duties of the position entail managing the Program Policy and Development Unit, which includes developing and providing briefings, presentations and strategic policy advice and recommendations to senior management on issues in areas of economic and regional development; developing and implementing grants and contribution programs and policies ; providing functional guidance to Program Delivery Managers and Officers; managing financial and human resources; analyzing team and staff performance and effectiveness, making recommendations on staffing, training, and resource issues; collaborating and maintaining relationships; and, participating in internal and inter-departmental working groups and committees.- Location Various locationsKenora, , ONNorth Bay, , ONSault Ste.
