We continue to invest in new ways of delivering care, empowering healthcare professionals, and improving the lives of our patients.As our clinic continues to grow, we are excited to welcome two bilingual Nurse Practitioners to join our team.We intentionally hope to recruit two Nurse Practitioners together, believing that beginning this journey alongside another NP creates opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, professional support, and long-term job satisfaction.If you are passionate about preventive medicine, collaborative practice, and helping redefine how primary care is delivered, we would love to meet you.The Opportunity These positions offer the opportunity to develop a rewarding practice focused primarily on preventive medicine while working alongside an experienced collaborative care team.Your practice will primarily focus on:Well-baby carePreventive health assessmentsCancer screening appointmentsAdult preventive careImmunizations and vaccination programsHealth promotion and patient educationYou will also collaborate with physicians and nurses in providing comprehensive primary care while practising to the full scope of your Nurse Practitioner licence.One of the unique aspects of our clinic is our commitment to supporting the professional interests of our providers. As our organization continues to grow, there will be opportunities to further develop areas of practice aligned with your expertise and career goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive health assessmentsDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditionsPrescribe medications and therapies within scope of practiceOrder and interpret laboratory investigations and diagnostic imagingProvide preventive health screening and counsellingDeliver well-baby care and routine childhood follow-upAdminister and oversee vaccination programsEducate patients regarding disease prevention and healthy lifestylesMaintain accurate EMR documentationReview laboratory results, diagnostic reports, electronic consultations and incoming correspondenceCollaborate closely with physicians, nurses and administrative staffMaintain current evidence-based practice standardsQualifications Applicants must:Hold a Bachelor's Degree in NursingHold a Master's Degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner)Have successfully completed the Canadian Nurse Practitioner Examination (CNPE)Be registered and in good standing with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB)Be fluent in both English and FrenchWhat Makes Our Clinic Different Our clinic was intentionally designed to maximize provider satisfaction while improving patient access.We believe healthcare professionals should spend their time caring for patients-not navigating unnecessary administrative burden.Our collaborative workflows, highly trained nursing team and efficient clinical processes allow providers to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care.Schedule Hours may be negotiated based on the successful candidate's preferences.
