*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on providing excellent food preparation and service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Kitchen Team Member will support daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality food handling, safety standards, and exceptional customer experiences. *Duties* * Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality. * Assist with meal preparation and food assembly to meet customer orders efficiently. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. * Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and safety guidelines. * Support food service operations by serving dishes to customers when needed and ensuring timely delivery of orders. * Restock supplies and ingredients as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations throughout shifts. * Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. * Basic cooking skills and knowledge of meal preparation techniques. * Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration with kitchen staff and servers. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if needed. * Food industry experience or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
