<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Collaborative Landscape Construction Laborer & Heavy Truck Driver </strong></p><p>Reports to: Operations Manager, Crew leaders</p><p>Job summary</p><p>Our mission is to Build Leaders within every member of our Team.</p><p>The landscape tri-axle driver will perform tasks involving driving, delivering and loading/unloading equipment, bins and materials. A proactive approach to loading prior to delivery to ensure drop-off/pick-up deadlines are met is required.</p><p>Job duties</p><ul><li><p>Drive tri-axle truck with trailer including operation of a hook lift off system.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Load/unload and secure equipment and material in trucks and on trailers.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Plan routes and logistics for daily loads, deliveries and pickups and communicate with Operations Manager.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain yard stock by placing orders, picking up loads of aggregate, taking clean fill and concrete rubble and garbage to disposal sites</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficiency preferred in equipment operation, specifically wheel loaders, track loaders and excavators.</p></li><li><p>Preference given to candidates that can:</p></li><li><p>Work with landscape crews as required.</p></li><li><p>Erect, dismantle and transport scaffolding, shoring braces, TPZs, traffic barricades, job-site enclosures, ramps and other temporary structures.</p></li><li><p>Assist with dismantling and transporting forms for concrete work.</p></li><li><p>Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement or adjustment of machinery, equipment or materials.</p></li><li><p>Yard upkeep including stocking hardscape and softscape inventory along with facilities maintenance as directed by Operations Manager.</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications and Requirements</p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent</p></li><li><p>Excavator, skid steer, articulated loader operation experience</p></li><li><p>AZ/ARZ license with 5 years experience and a clean driver's abstract</p></li></ul><p>Competencies</p><ul><li><p>Dependability - job requires being reliable, responsible, dependable while fulfilling obligations.</p></li><li><p>Stress tolerance - job requires maintaining composure and dealing calmly and effectively with high-stress situations.</p></li><li><p>Communication - job requires daily reporting using a smart phone and clear communication skills for articulating information to the Operations Manager, Project Managers and Crew Leaders.</p></li><li><p>Motivation - job requires being highly organized and self-motivated to complete all tasks independently while working in a safely manner.</p></li></ul><p>Working Conditions</p><p>This is a full-time, seasonal position. Employees will be working outdoors in all types of weather. The workday starts at 6am at the Oriole yard. Hours will range from 40 to 55 per week. Monday to Friday and some Saturdays. This position is highly physical and requires the applicant to lift weights of up to 50lbs and includes frequent repetitive tasks.</p><p>Salary Range:</p><p>Varies from $28-$35 per hour, depending on skill set and experience.
