Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Pharmacy or drugstore. Tasks: Help with scheduling and workflow. Bill third party insurers. Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products. Process claims such as health insurance or workers compensation. Maintain supplies. Organize and maintain inventory. Assist health care professionals. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
