The bartender must be able to meet all the needs of our customers, compelling them to come back again.Making beverage recommendations based on the needs and preferences of bar customers is a crucial factor for improving guest drinking experience and our bar's profitability. Communicating with guests in a professional and friendly manner is a must for excellent customer experience.A good job candidate must be able to perfectly prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which includes mixing ingredients to prepare classic and innovative cocktails. They also need to keep the bar clean and well-organized, as well as ensure it is always fully stocked.Responsibilities of a Bartender:Taking orders and serving drinks and snacks to bar customersPreparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beveragesMixing classic and innovative cocktailsCommunicating with customers in a friendly and professional mannerNurturing customers to provide an exceptional guest experienceMaking menu recommendations based on customers' needs and preferencesKeeping the bar clean, stocked, and well-organizedChecking customers' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking ageBartender Job Requirements:Experience as a bartenderKnowledge of preparing and mixing beveragesA bartending certificate is a plusBasic computer and math skillsStrong teamwork and communication skillsProfessional and positive dispositionAbility to keep the bar clean, stocked and well-organizedFlexibility and willingness to work in shifts- Location Winnipeg, MB
