*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety, with experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The position requires a commitment to quality, efficiency, and teamwork, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of excellence. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards * Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients * Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations * Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas * Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours * Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies * Adhere to all health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for staff and guests *Experience* * Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate * Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards is highly desirable * Familiarity with the food industry environment, including meal preparation and food handling practices * Experience working in fast-paced settings with a focus on quality and efficiency is advantageous * Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness Must be available to work nights and weekends, and must have reliable transportation.
