*Location:* Downtown Toronto (Chinatown / Spadina) *Compensation:* 60/40 Split (Practitioner Retains 60%) *The Opportunity* We are currently *Toronto?s highest-rated primary care clinic (4.9 stars on Google)* and looking for a *Registered Physiotherapist.* You will be a *strategic collaborator* embedded directly alongside our *MDs and NPs*. You provide the clinical expertise; we provide a high-velocity referral pipeline and all-inclusive administrative support. *The Aegis Advantage* * *Built-in Referral Ecosystem:* Direct access to a roster of primary care patients within a multidisciplinary hub. * *Medically Integrated Environment:* You will work alongside MDs, RMTs, NPs, and Social Workers. * *Operational Infrastructure:* Full admin support via *Accuro EMR*, administrative reception, and streamlined billing. * *Prime Location:* A newly built-out, professional facility in the heart of downtown Toronto with a top-tier reputation. *The Role* * Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for a diverse patient demographic, including post-surgical, chronic pain, and athletic injuries. * Collaborate with primary care physicians to optimize patient care pathways and outcomes. * Maintain meticulous clinical records within our integrated EMR system. * Contribute to the "care-first" culture of a clinic focused on long-term health outcomes. *Qualifications* * *Registration:* Current member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. * *Liability Insurance:* Active professional liability insurance. * *Experience:* Preference given to those with experience in a multidisciplinary or primary care setting. * *Language (Asset):* Fluency in *Mandarin or Cantonese* is a significant asset given our local demographic. * *Technical Literacy:* Comfort with Accuro EMR or similar clinical management software. *Financial Structure* * *60/40 Split:* You retains 60% of billings, with the clinic providing all essential infrastructure, administrative support, and referral management. *Join the Build.* At Aegis, we are building a scalable medical empire focused on professional autonomy and superior patient outcomes.
