As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our team. Position Summary As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our dealer network by processing orders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring clear communication throughout the order process. You will work closely with our sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to help deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Process orders received from our dealer network accurately and efficiently. * Communicate with dealers and customers by telephone and email. * Provide order status updates, shipping information, and product availability. * Enter and maintain accurate order information in company systems. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. * Assist with general administrative and sales support duties. * Identify opportunities to grow sales and support dealer success. Qualifications * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Customer service or sales support experience is preferred. * Experience with ERP or order management systems is an asset. * A positive, sales-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
