Job Description: - Highly motivated. - Fashion forward and loves the beauty industry. - Great customer service skills. - Maintain a positive attitude and provide a high-level work environment. - Great phone and people skills. - Be able to accurately book, confirm, reschedule and move appointments to clients needs using salon software. - Be able to describe in detail our services and to answer any questions to our guest's satisfaction. - Organized and able to multitask. - Friendly and outgoing personality. - Work well as part of a team. - Opening and closing duties. - Maintain front reception area, including cleaning and stocking shelves. Job Type: Full-Time Pay: From $17.60 per hour Benefits: * Store discount Experience: * Front Desk: 2 years (required) * Beauty Salon: 2 years (required) Language: * English (required) Work Location: In person- Location Toronto, ON
