As we continue to grow, we're looking for individuals who want to make an impact and help shape the future of sustainable infrastructure.<br><br><strong>APG-Neuros</strong>' headquarters are located in <strong>Quebec, Canada</strong>, and its manufacturing and testing facility is located in <strong>Plattsburgh, New York, USA</strong>.<br><br><strong></strong>Reporting to the Director of Aftermarket, the <strong>Aftermarket project coordinator</strong> will be responsible for supporting activities related to the aftermarket equipment modifications.<br><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Control project timelines and ensure deadlines are met through project scheduling and Gantt charts.</li><li>Manage manufacturing orders, supplier coordination, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Prepare technical and commercial proposals for blower modifications and upgrades.</li><li>Create sales orders and jobs in the ERP system and acknowledge receipt of purchase orders.</li><li>Follow up on quotations and keep customers informed of order status.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.</li><li>Coordinate the execution of upgrades with internal departments and resolve technical issues with customer requirements.</li><li>Lead project kick-off and post-mortem meetings to support successful project execution and closure.</li><li>Ensure technical documentation, scope of supply, and project costing are accurate and properly distributed internally and externally.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong></strong></p> <br> <p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><ul><li>University or college degree</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position</li><li>Innate talent for customer service</li><li>Excellent customer service and after-sales service skills</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Outlook</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Demonstrated excellence in organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills</li><li>Collaborative person who can work both independently and in a team.</li><li>Preferably Bilingual: English and French.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>- Location Blainville, QC
