As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team and bring fresh energy to our culinary program. *Responsibilities:* * *Preparing ingredients according to recipes and portion sizes.* * *Responsible for perfect execution of menu items from your assigned station * * *Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations* * *Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and marinating various foods.* * *Assisting in storing and organizing ingredients.* * *Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.* * *Assisting in receiving and stocking deliveries.* * *Adhering to kitchen policies and procedures.* * *Contributing to a positive team environment.* *Requirements:* * *Proven experience as a Prep Cook/Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen* * *Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred* * *Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, recipes, and ingredients* * *Ability to work well under pressure* * *Excellent organizational and time-management skills* * *Availability: Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.* If you are enthusiastic, personable, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you!
