Were looking for an experienced Banquet event Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Conference Centre Regina. This opportunity is a working team supervisor, you will be working with the team on the floor day to day. What You'll Be Doing:Be the Face of the Event: Greet function conveners and check in throughout events to ensure guests are satisfied.Lead with Purpose: Supervise and support the banquet team, ensuring smooth execution of all events as per the Banquet Event Order (BEO).Set the Bar High: Act as a mentor and coach, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service.Adapt and Excel: Respond to guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.Keep Things Running Smoothly: Ensure staffing levels are on point and all event details are executed to perfection. What Were Looking For:Availability: open availability is required Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a Food & Beverage role. Expereience in banquet events is highly preferred. Certification: Current Serve It Right Certification (or provincial equivalent).Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.Problem Solver: Ability to handle guest service issues with professionalism and care.
