We are committed to working alongside you to support you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p> <strong>Mission</strong> <p>I am looking for an accounts receivable technician for a company located in Laval. <br> <br>Your responsibilities will include: <br>- Managing customer accounts (opening new accounts, handling complaints, warranties, and promotional credits) <br>- Handling collections, preparing account statements, and processing payments (checks, deposits, credit cards) <br>- Handling invoicing and order reconciliation, including sales reconciliation and expense tracking <br>- Issuing supplementary invoices, including re-invoicing to customers <br>- Filing supporting documents, improving processes, and providing support to the team <br>- Other related tasks</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>What we're looking for: <br>-3 years of relevant accounting experience <br>-Bilingual (French and English) <br>-Proficiency in Excel <br> <br>What we offer: <br>-A salary between $55,000 and $65,000 per year <br>-Monday through Friday schedule (40 hours/week) <br>-Group insurance and group RRSP after 3 months <br>-Hybrid work model</p> <br><br>- Location Bois-des-Filion, QC
