Production Welder ? Full-Time *Real Industries ? Rathwell, Manitoba* *Wage: $24?$40 per hour, depending on experience and ability* Real Industries is looking for a dependable welder to join our production team. We manufacture livestock equipment and trailers and have been operating in Rathwell since 1977. This is a production welding position focused on efficiently producing quality products using established designs and fixtures. What we offer * Competitive wages based on experience and demonstrated ability * Monday-to-Friday schedule * Full-time, year-round employment * Dental, vision, extended health and life insurance benefits * Indoor shop environment * On-site parking * Nearly 50 years as an established local manufacturer Responsibilities * MIG weld livestock equipment and trailer components * Work with production fixtures, drawings and shop instructions * Cut, grind and prepare materials when required * Consistently meet quality and production standards * Maintain a clean and safe work area * Assist with other shop duties as needed Qualifications * Previous welding experience preferred * Welding certification is not required * Ability to produce strong, consistent welds * Able to work efficiently in a production environment * Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Committed to quality and workplace safety Wages will be based on experience, demonstrated welding ability and productivity.
