This role operates within a high-trust, confidential, and multi-entity environment.POSITION SUMMARYThe Personal Assistant (Evenings & Weekends) provides direct support to senior leadership with personal logistics, scheduling, family coordination, transportation support, errands, and administrative activities outside of regular business hours.This role requires strong organizational skills, professional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced and highly confidential environment.The Personal Assistant works closely with the Executive Assistant and other designated support personnel to ensure continuity, coordination, and support across business, family, travel, and personal commitments.SCOPE OF ROLEActs on direct instruction from senior leadershipWorks collaboratively with the Executive Assistant and designated support personnelSupports family, personal, logistical, and executive coordination needsHandles highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalismSupports execution of priorities but does not make independent operational decisionsKEY RESPONSIBILITIESExecutive Coordination & CommunicationMaintain regular communication with the Executive Assistant regarding schedules, appointments, travel, family commitments, errands, and prioritiesEnsure tasks, bookings, appointments, and follow-ups are coordinated and not duplicatedEscalate scheduling conflicts, urgent matters, or changes in priorities promptlyProvide updates regarding completed tasks, outstanding items, and issues requiring attentionWork collaboratively with the Executive Assistant and other support personnel to maintain continuity and organizationPersonal & Household CoordinationCoordinate appointments, schedules, and personal commitmentsAssist with household organization and logistical planningCoordinate service providers, deliveries, maintenance appointments, and third-party arrangementsAssist with time-sensitive personal tasks and errandsSupport planning and preparation for travel, events, and personal commitmentsFamily & Child SupportAssist with family scheduling and activity coordinationSupport transportation and logistics related to children's activities, appointments, and commitmentsProvide age-appropriate supervision and support as requiredAssist with family events, outings, and scheduling needsCoordinate communication related to family schedules and commitmentsLogistics, Errands & Operational SupportComplete time-sensitive errands and logistical tasks as assignedCoordinate deliveries, purchases, returns, supplies, and equipmentSupport vehicle-related logistics, including pickups and drop-offsAssist with travel arrangements, accommodations, and itinerariesProvide support during evenings, weekends, travel periods, and special eventsConfidential & Sensitive Information HandlingHandle confidential personal, family, business, financial, governance, and operational informationMaintain strict confidentiality and privacy at all timesEnsure documents, records, and communications are handled securelyExercise professional judgment in all interactionsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEDemonstrated reli- Location Winnipeg, MB
