We provide cleaning services in multiple cities throughout the lower mainland and offer our employees competitive wages, commercial-grade cleaning equipment, and possible opportunities for career development in the industry.* *Job: Commercial Building Cleaning* Wage: $19.00 per hour Location: E Broadway and Commercial Drive, Vancouver Schedule: 2 days per week - Wednesday start at 5:00pm or 5:30pm, and Sunday anytime during the day Hours: 4 hours on Wednesday and 5 hours on Sunday (9 hours per week) Mandatory qualifications: * You own a smartphone with data * You are authorized to work in Canada * No subcontractors Preferred qualifications: * 2 years of janitorial cleaning experience * Experience in surface disinfection * Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:* * Wipe and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture * Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors * Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas * Garbage and recycling disposal * Clean windows and mirrors * Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high * Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products *If you are interested in joining our team, please respond to this posting with the following documents and information:* * Resume * Availability (What days and times are you available during the week) * References (Mandatory) _We thank all applicants for their submissions.
