This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales skills, gain retail experience, and contribute to a vibrant team dedicated to customer satisfaction. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs * Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers effectively * Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities * Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties * Maintain merchandise displays and ensure products are well-organized and attractive * Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly * Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods * Use phone etiquette skills when communicating with customers over the phone or via online channels * Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed * Support team members in achieving store sales goals through collaborative efforts *Skills* * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases * Proven experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields is preferred * Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits * Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions * Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor * Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels effectively * Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours * Phone etiquette skills for engaging with customers remotely or over the phone * Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies is a plus * Ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining independence in daily tasks Pay: $18.25-$28.63 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Work Location: In person
