Must be available on weekends and statutory holidays. *Job Description:* Cook on line under pressure, work on several different tasks simultaneously while maintaining an organized line. Cook & cut all necessary food items for prep. Clean food preparation surfaces, cooking surfaces, and utensils and maintain a sanitary work environment. Be a team player. *Who We Are:* Amsterdam Breakfast & Lunch is a family owned Dutch restaurant established in 2000, located in Valleyview square in Kamloops BC. We are a fast-paced casual eatery specializing in Dutch Pannenkoeken (Crepe), European cuisine, and a variety of traditional breakfasts. We pride ourselves in our ingredients, preparing all items in-house. Our business hours are daily from 7.30 am-2.30 pm.
