*Job Description* We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper / Household Assistant to support our family on a part-time basis. This is a long-term position for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming home and enjoys a variety of housekeeping and household support tasks. The role is primarily based at our home in South Surrey and includes housekeeping, laundry, organization, and occasional errands. From time to time, assistance may also be required at the homes of immediate family members, including an elderly parent and an adult son. In addition, light cleaning of our office is required every other week. Although work may occasionally take place at multiple locations, all properties belong to members of the same family and are managed through a single employer. *Schedule* * Tuesdays and Thursdays * Approximately 4 hours per day * Start time between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. * Office cleaning every other week (approximately 2?3 hours) * Additional paid hours may occasionally be available *Responsibilities* * Maintain a consistently clean, tidy, and organized home * Vacuuming and washing floors * Thorough cleaning of bathrooms on a weekly basis * Dusting and furniture care * Cleaning cupboards, walls, interior windows, baseboards, moldings, and doors as needed * Laundry and linen care * Organizing pantry, linen closets, and other household spaces * Occasional errands and household support tasks * Occasional housekeeping assistance at the homes of immediate family members * Light cleaning and tidying of our office every other week (approximately 2?3 hours) *Ideal Candidate* * Previous housekeeping experience is an asset * Highly organized and self-motivated * Friendly, professional, and dependable * Exceptional attention to detail and high cleaning standards * Strong English communication skills * Comfortable working independently * Comfortable around two large dogs * Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle *Requirements* Successful candidates will be required to provide: * References * Valid driver's licence * Reliable vehicle * Criminal Record Check * Vulnerable Sector Check We are looking for someone trustworthy and dependable who is interested in becoming a valued, long-term part of our family's support team. *Please submit your resume for consideration* Pay: $23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
