We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional to oversee financial operations across our portfolio of real estate and operating businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, sound financial judgment, and experience managing multi-entity financial reporting and operations. Key Responsibilities * CPA designation preferred. * Hotels / Commercial Real Estate experience preferred. * Oversee the full accounting cycle across all entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, income audit, and cashiering functions. * Monitor and review all sales, purchases, and operating expenses to ensure accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with company policies. * Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including supporting notes and analysis. * Produce regular operational and financial reports for management to support decision-making. * Develop and maintain annual budgets, revised forecasts, and ongoing monthly financial projections. * Manage cash flow across the portfolio, ensuring appropriate monitoring of assets and financial resources. * Verify and reconcile daily cash and credit card deposits against property systems and bank records. * Establish, maintain, and periodically audit internal financial controls, including purchasing procedures, cash handling, disbursements, inventory tracking, and property equipment management. * Review capital expenditure requests and ensure alignment with company policies and budgets. * Review contracts, leases, and other financial agreements to ensure proper financial oversight and compliance. * Prepare complete year-end working papers and supporting documentation for external accountants, audits, or financial reviews. * Maintain organized and accurate financial records to ensure efficient reporting and operational workflow. * Ensure accounting adjustments and journal entries are properly reviewed, approved, and documented. * Assist with the implementation and enforcement of accounting policies, procedures, and internal control standards across all entities. * Participate in financial planning, operational analysis, and other finance-related projects as required. This is a fully in-person position, requiring active involvement with the accounting and financial operations of our portfolio of real estate and operating businesses.
