<strong>Job Title: EUCS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer<br>Experience Level: 7-15 years<br>Location: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite/in office presence 3x/week)</strong><br><br>The End User Content Solutions (EUCS) squad designs, delivers, and supports enterprise SaaS platforms including Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Microsoft Forms, and SIMPL’s internal SaaS onboarding and lifecycle management platform. The squad plays a critical role in providing secure, scalable, and compliant external and internal collaboration platforms across the firm.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul>	<li>Support cloud-based tooling and services, include SaaS application onboarding, integration solution design, tooling development, documents update, production support, and oncall escalation.</li>	<li>Improve platform reliability through automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.</li>	<li>Act as escalation point for complex production issues and vendor coordination.</li>	<li>Ensure compliance with risk, security, change management, and operational standards.</li>	<li>Participate in an engineering on call rotation (approximately 1 week every 8 weeks) to support production platforms.</li></ul><strong>Required Skills</strong><ul>	<li>5+ years of application development experience with .NET and C#.</li>	<li>Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS and cloud platforms (e.G., Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Microsoft 365), including onboarding, lifecycle management, and automation.</li>	<li>Strong experience with enterprise authentication and identity integrations, including OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.</li>	<li>Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, with hands-on experience in web proxy and load-balancing technologies.</li>	<li>Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills for complex environments.</li>	<li>Clear, confident communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred Skills</strong><ul>	<li>Experience using GenAI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, GPT, Gemini, or Grok.</li>	<li>Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience applying DevOps practices, including Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.</li>	<li>Exposure to containerization technologies (e.G., Podman, Kubernetes).</li>	<li>Familiar with Agile delivery frameworks.</li>	<li>A continuous-improvement mindset, with interest in automation and AI-driven innovation.</li></ul><br><strong>*//EEO Employer: Minorities/ Females/ Disabled/ Veterans/ Gender Identity/ Sexual Orientation//*</strong>- Location Montréal, QC
