The team has developed several effective BIM processes with the sole mission: to help their colleagues from different EBC teams (estimation, project execution, legal, quality) and enable them to achieve objectives more easily. Come develop and innovate with us! </div><div> </div><div>RESPONSIBILITIES </div><div> </div><div>BIM Tools Management and Governance </div><div> </div><ul><li>Define optimal workflows using modeling software and applications in accordance with project objectives. </li><li>Act as the subject matter expert for modeling, management, and visualization applications. </li><li>Maintain template files and families, and manage the electronic publishing of files. </li><li>Work within a cloud-based collaborative environment. </li></ul><div> Modeling and Content Creation </div><ul><li>Initiate the modeling mandate in collaboration with the BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager. </li><li>Create and maintain 3D models in accordance with approved procedures and the project's modeling and </li><li>codification standards. </li><li>Create model views following a standardized view template; produce purged 3D view publications, e
