Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Direct and control daily operations . Open and distribute mail and other materials. Plan and organize daily operations. Train other workers. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage contracts. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics and other information. Advise senior management. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Provide customer service. Maintain and manage digital database. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Conduct performance reviews. Experience: 5 years or more. Employment terms options: To be determined.- Location Boisbriand, QCJ7H 1T7
