Come work as a Medical Office Assistant with Sky Medical! Sky Medical is a full-service family practice and is focused on actively improving all treatment and care for our patients. There are three full-time doctors at the clinic, and we are looking for a new Medical Office Assistant to join our team in Downtown Vancouver! Our office is a team-oriented environment and the Medical Office Assistant is a key member of that team! The Medical Office Assistant is responsible for, among other things, answering calls, administrative work, booking appointments and collecting patients' information. Qualifications should include: * Interpersonal communication skills in order to interact with our great group of patients * Knowledge of Word, Excel & EMR (Ideally OSCAR EMR) * Strong computer literacy, experience and familiarity with Mac software * Strong organizational skills * Prior MOA experience and/or MOA training course completed Compensation dependent on experience and is a starting rate. Compensation may be salary rather than hourly. Starting date July 2026. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour Application question(s): * Do you have the basic computer skills to independently complete common office tasks such as emailing, scheduling, saving/organizing files, and using shared folders? * Have you worked as a MOA previously (not including practicing as part of MOA school)? Experience: * MOA: 1 year (required) Language: * Any other languages? (preferred) Licence/Certification: * MOA training certification (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location Vancouver, BC
