We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused *Breakfast Attendant* to join our hotel team. This is an excellent opportunity for a semi-retired individual or anyone looking for a rewarding part-time position with morning hours while enjoying daily interaction with guests. *Schedule* Breakfast is served *daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.* To ensure a smooth guest experience, the successful candidate must be available to: * *Start at 6:00 a.m.* for breakfast preparation and setup. * *Finish at approximately 11:30 a.m.* after cleanup and resetting the breakfast area. *Key Responsibilities* * Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet before service begins. * Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. * Ensure food is fresh, well-stocked, and presented to a high standard throughout service. * Monitor cleanliness and organisation of the breakfast area. * Clean and sanitize the dining area, buffet, and kitchen equipment after breakfast service. * Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation standards. * Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with any questions or requests. *Qualifications* * Valid *Food Safe Level 1* certification (required). * Valid *First Aid Level 1* certification (required). * Excellent communication skills in *English*. * Outgoing, positive, and professional personality with a passion for hospitality. * Ability to work independently and maintain a clean, organized work environment. * Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional guest service.
