Elite Private Wealth is seeking a knowledgeable, client-focused Financial Advisor to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an advisor who is passionate about comprehensive financial planning and delivering exceptional client service. Unlike many advisor roles, this position focuses on working with an established client base and collaborating within a team environment?not cold calling or building a book of business from scratch. As part of our team, you will help clients achieve their financial goals through personalized advice in investment management, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, insurance, and cash flow management. You will work alongside experienced planners in a collaborative environment that prioritizes long-term client relationships and high-quality advice. For experienced advisors with an existing book of business, we are open to discussing flexible partnership and growth opportunities. *Duties* * Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, priorities, and current financial position. * Analyze clients' income, expenses, investments, insurance, liabilities, and tax situation. * Develop and present comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's objectives. * Provide advice on investment management, retirement planning, tax strategies, insurance, estate planning, and cash flow management. * Monitor client portfolios and recommend changes as circumstances or markets evolve. * Conduct annual and ongoing client reviews to ensure financial plans remain aligned with client goals. * Collaborate with senior advisors and internal team members to deliver an exceptional client experience. * Maintain accurate client records while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and dealer requirements. * Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships through comprehensive financial planning. *Requirements* * CIFC or CSC required (must be licensed to sell Mutual Funds) * LLQP licence is considered an asset. * CFP®, QAFP®, CIM®, or working toward a financial planning designation is considered an asset. * Min. 3 Years Experience working with clients in wealth management, financial planning, banking, or investment services is preferred. * Strong understanding of investments, retirement planning, taxation, insurance, and estate planning. * Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities. * Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. * Professional, ethical, and client-first mindset. * Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and grow. *What We Offer* * Competitive base salary. * Performance-based bonus and commission opportunities (uncapped) * Health Spending Account * Ongoing mentorship from a CFP-led planning team. * Comprehensive financial planning software and technology. * Administrative and operational support. * Professional development and licensing support. * Career advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing independent wealth management firm. *Why Join Elite Private Wealth?* * No expectation to build a book of business from scratch. * Work with an established and growing client base. * Focus on delivering advice rather than prospecting. * Collaborative team environment with experienced financial professionals. * Exposure to comprehensive financial planning, including investments, tax, retirement, estate, insurance, and business planning. * Opportunity to grow into a senior advisory role as the firm continues to expand.
