Job Summary Join *Fast Time Watch & Jewellery Repair,* a leader in watch and jewellery craftsmanship, as a Lead Sales Associate at our London Masonville location. In this specialized retail role, you?ll deliver expert service, guide customers through product selection and repairs, and play a key part in our store?s success. Compensation & Benefits * Competitive hourly pay plus bonus * Monthly performance bonus program * Paid lunch breaks * Designated paid holidays * Flexible scheduling * On-site parking * Store discounts Key Responsibilities * Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to every guest * Advise customers on watch and jewellery products, repairs, and maintenance * Perform watch battery installations and watch sizing (paid training provided) * Demonstrate product features and services through engaging, informative presentations * Maintain and optimize merchandising displays to maximize product visibility and sales * Accurately process sales and service transactions using POS systems and cash handling procedures * Proactively upsell and cross-sell products and services to achieve sales targets * Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally * Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and technical skills * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and foster a welcoming environment Qualifications * Minimum of (2) years? experience in customer service or retail (retail or technical service experience is an asset) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Confident in presenting and demonstrating products and services * Experience with merchandising and POS systems preferred * Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor * Team player with adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs * Secondary School diploma (required) * Criminal background check required Location & Schedule * London, ON (CF Masonville), N6G 3Y9 * In-person, part-time, permanent position Why Join Fast Time Watch & Jewellery Repair?
