Goldies Cafe is looking for a reliable and motivated *Line Cook* to join our kitchen team. If you?re passionate about food, work well in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in quality and consistency, we?d love to hear from you. Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook menu items according to Goldies Cafe standards * Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations * Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines * Work efficiently during busy service periods * Assist with prep work and closing duties as needed * Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Requirements: * Previous experience as a line cook or in a commercial kitchen preferred * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong time management and multitasking skills * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices * Ability to stand for long periods * Must be legally eligible to work in Canada What We Offer: * Competitive pay (based on experience, includes tips) * Flexible scheduling (full-time and/or part-time available) * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to grow with a local, community-focused cafe Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $24.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Discounted or free food * On-site parking * Store discount Experience: * Cooking: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person- Location Ajax, ON
