Our goal is to enhance the vaping retail experience at an affordable and fair price. We focus on Disposable vapes, Closed-pod systems, e-juices, and a bit of the refillable devices. *WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT* Our Budtenders at J. Supply Co are more than just your local cannabis experts. With a true passion for the plant, our Guides know how to share their knowledge with our guests. But what sets them apart is their ability to create a totally unique guest experience. Our Cannabis Guides build loyalty through authentic guest relationships, appropriately determining what products are right for each customer. A deep understanding of recreational cannabis products helps them to drive sales through education and awareness. Our Budtenders demonstrate high levels of integrity and initiative, owning new challenges that pop up daily. They are always trying to better themselves, seeking out new product information, knowledge, and feedback. And they do all this while being kind, genuine and responsible individuals. Budtenders at J. Supply Co do not see the store as just another dispensary ? they see it as a way to improve lives through sustainable access to cannabis. *Our work environment includes:* * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities * Casual work attire * Company perks * Flexible working hours * Relaxed atmosphere * Safe work environment *ROLE: Budtender/Sales Rep* *DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Create positive guest experiences by building loyalty and carefully considering each guest?s unique needs * Display a strong foundation of cannabis and vape(including nicotine vapes) knowledge, while showing initiative to create compelling yet convenient shopping experiences * Consistently look for areas to make improvements to operations and business results * Drive sales by educating guests on cannabis and vaping products and accessories * Successfully achieve sales targets and other key business metrics * Support with completing all tasks and duties as assigned * Adhere to all company training, operational standards, and procedures * Ensure compliance with all company policies and programs * Adhere to all federal, provincial, and municipal legislative requirements of specialty vape store retailers * Complete tasks as assigned by Managers * Other duties as assigned *QUALIFICATIONS:* * 1-3 years? experience in customer service with a preference for retail * Proven ability to deliver positive guest experiences and develop customer loyalty * Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong verbal and written communication with excellent organizational skills * Strong knowledge of cannabis retail and vaping products and safe consumption methods * True passion for vaping products and education * Open to feedback and eager to improve * Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented *REQUIREMENTS:* * Minimum age 19 years old * Must be Cannsell Certified/ or willing to obtain prior to hiring date! * Able to lift boxes 5-35 lbs * Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area * Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong communication skills * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions * Must be willing to work shifts scheduled by company and comfortable with ever changing duties * Ability to work 15 to 25 hours a week _(with room for more in future)_ Join our team as a Budtender/Sales Rep and contribute to providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
