What to expect in your role as a cook/batter fry station lead: * Prepares food in the kitchen as well as packages food and drink products * Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining room, restroom & exterior. * Maintains health and safety standards in work areas * Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items * Check food quality and food temperature throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve * Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed * Clean and maintain equipment on daily basis * Consistently handle product preparation * Consistently kneel and follow proper lifting procedures * Consistently push to open and close door to store and storage shed as well as cooler and freezers * Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts * Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the culture of Popeyes as well as our company Saisethsons Hospitality Group Requirements: Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional Guest experiences Be able to work under pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining food safety standards. Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations Be able to consistently lift or carry boxes (15lbs to 60lbs) for product preparation, stocking and inventory, working in cold environment as freezer/ fridge. Consistently stand during serving guests and working at the front or kitchen. Have a strong work ethic, be punctual and responsible. Previous experience working in Popeyes is an asset. Have or pursuing a post-secondary diploma in Hospitality management or related fields is an asset but not required.
