Fence Installer ? Home Base NL Inc. Location: St. John?s & Avalon Region, NLJob Type: Full-Time / Seasonal (with opportunity for year-round work) About Us Home Base NL Inc. is a growing property maintenance and construction company serving the St. John?s metro and surrounding areas. We specialize in residential and commercial fencing, decks, sheds, renovations, and exterior construction. We take pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Position Summary We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Fence Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with the installation of a variety of fencing systems while maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work environment. Responsibilities * Install wood, chain link, vinyl, and ornamental fences. * Measure and lay out fence lines accurately. * Dig and set fence posts using hand tools and power equipment. * Build gates and complete finishing work. * Load, unload, and organize materials and tools. * Operate power tools and small equipment safely. * Maintain a clean and organized job site. * Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently. * Communicate professionally with customers when required. * Follow all company safety procedures. Qualifications * Previous fence installation or general carpentry experience is considered an asset. * Experience using power tools and construction equipment. * Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physically demanding work. * Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. * Strong work ethic and attention to detail. * Reliable transportation to and from work. * Valid driver?s license is an asset.
