We approach every project with precision, craftsmanship, and a strong commitment to quality. *Position Summary* High Class Restoration Ltd. is currently seeking a *Project Manager* to join our team. This is a *hybrid role* requiring both *pre-construction estimating* and *project coordination* experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background, hands-on experience in Canada, and the ability to manage projects from tender stage through execution. *Key Responsibilities* Estimating: * Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents * Perform accurate quantity take-offs using *PlanSwift* * Prepare detailed cost estimates for cladding and building envelope systems * Solicit and review pricing from suppliers and subcontractors * Analyze project scope and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities * Assist in preparing and submitting competitive bids Project Coordination: * Review architectural and construction drawings for project execution * Prepare and revise shop drawings (EIFS, ACM, metal panels, fiber cement, etc.) * Coordinate material procurement and track deliveries * Prepare and maintain project schedules and material logs * Coordinate with site crews and monitor daily progress * Assist with workforce planning and site coordination * Track project changes, RFIs, and site issues * Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards *Qualifications* * Minimum *2?3 years of experience* in construction, cladding, or building envelope * Strong architectural background with façade system knowledge * Proficiency in *AutoCAD and PlanSwift (mandatory)* * Experience in both *estimating and shop drawing preparation* * Strong understanding of commercial construction workflows * Ability to manage multiple project phases simultaneously * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Experience in cladding, EIFS, or exterior systems is highly preferred *Why Join Us* * Work on complex and high-profile commercial projects * Dynamic role combining estimating and project coordination * Opportunity for long-term growth within the company * Competitive compensation based on experience *How to Apply* If you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining a high-performing team, please send your resume and portfolio to: *info@highclassrestorations.com* *Job Type:* Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year Benefits: * On-site parking Work Location: In person
