*Job Summary* We are seeking a personable and professional individual to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in barbering. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. This position offers a chance to work in a friendly setting where teamwork and professionalism are valued. *Duties* * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs effectively * Assist clients with hair styling services, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction * Maintain sanitation standards throughout the salon or retail space to ensure a clean and safe environment * Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and meet their beauty goals * Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments * Communicate clearly with clients about services offered, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions * Support retail sales efforts by promoting products that suit client needs and preferences * Ensure the salon or retail area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times *Experience* * Background in barbering or hairdressing is a must. * Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with clients effectively * Experience with sanitation protocols in a salon or retail environment is advantageous * Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining excellent customer relationships but not required This position is ideal for highly motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build a clientele.
