*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. * Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines. * Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations, including maintaining cleanliness and organization. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. * Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to the kitchen manager. * Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. * Participate in training new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and equipment usage. * Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cooking duties. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. * Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting. * Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. * Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. * A passion for meal preparation and delivering exceptional dining experiences. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
