Position #: 9000410 Expected Start Date: January 1, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Community Services-101 15th Street East PA City/Town: Prince Albert Department: Sexually Transmitted Diseases Specialty Clinic Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends Hours of Work: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: Yes Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse Practitioner $52.590 to $62.910 Travel Required: No Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- Experience as RN (NP) in a Primary Health Care setting preferred.- One year experience in community needs assessment/development/health promotionEducation- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)Licenses- Registered Nurse Practitioner (RN(NP))Other Education and Training- Certification in recognized Primary Care NP equivalent program is acceptable- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)- Registered/eligible for registration with the CRNS as an RN (NP) or RN (GNP)Knowledge and Abilities- Knowledge of population health approach to health promotion/prevention- Demonstrates knowledge in community development/assessment.
