Thursday: 11:00 AM ? 8:30 PM * Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM ? 9:00 PM Responsibilities * Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand * Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area throughout the shift * Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required * Receive, organize, and properly store deliveries and supplies * Empty, clean, and sanitize garbage and recycling containers * Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, floors, and storage spaces * Support kitchen staff with general cleaning and closing duties * Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Qualifications * Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is an asset but not required * Ability to safely lift between 25?50 lbs * Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks * Ability to stand for extended periods * Strong work ethic and attention to detail * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented * Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, takes initiative, and understands the importance of keeping a professional kitchen running smoothly.
