This role is ideal for someone with *1?2 years of experience* in office administration, customer service, reception, or a similar role who is ready to take the next step in their career. More than just an administrative position, this is an opportunity for someone who wants to build operational expertise, take ownership, and grow with a creative organization. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting our students, families, instructors, and studio operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and taking initiative to make things run more smoothly. As the studio continues to grow, this position offers the potential to develop into an *Office Manager or Studio Operations Manager* role for the right candidate who demonstrates strong leadership, initiative, and operational ability. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends to support exhibitions, special events, workshops, and studio programs. *What You'll Do* As our Office Coordinator, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our students, families, and community while ensuring the smooth daily operation of our studio. You will: * Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, instructors, and visitors, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience. * Manage front desk operations and respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency, care, and excellent customer service. * Coordinate class schedules, registrations, attendance tracking, and student records to ensure accurate and organized program administration. * Process payments, prepare invoices and receipts, and maintain accurate financial and administrative records. * Manage studio calendars, appointments, schedules, and daily administrative coordination. * Maintain a well-organized, professional, and inviting reception area and ensure office supplies and resources are properly managed. * Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, workshops, special events, and studio programs. * Provide administrative support to instructors and team members to help programs run smoothly. * Handle confidential student, family, and business information with professionalism, discretion, and care. * Identify opportunities to improve workflows, solve operational challenges, and contribute ideas that enhance the studio experience. * Take ownership of assigned projects and administrative responsibilities, following tasks through to successful completion. * Support additional operational initiatives and projects as the studio continues to grow. *What We're Looking For * The ideal candidate is- Location Vancouver, BC
