<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to manage our day-to-day receivable transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping skills, experience with Accounts Receivable and collections with hands-on knowledge of CRM systems. This role plays a critical part in maintaining timely customer payments and company cash flow.</p><p><b><strong> </strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Key Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></b></p><ul><li><b><strong>Invoicing & Billing:</strong></b> Generate, send, and track invoices and credit notes to customers in a timely manner.</li><li><b><strong>Payment Processing:</strong></b> Record and post daily incoming payments via check, E-trans, or credit card to the proper accounts.</li><li><b><strong>Collections:</strong></b> Follow up on outstanding or overdue accounts, including sending payment reminders and making collection calls.</li><li><b><strong>Account Reconciliation:</strong></b> Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.</li><li><b><strong>Discrepancy Resolution:</strong></b> Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, billing issues, and customer inquiries.</li><li><b><strong>Customer Relationship Management:</strong></b> Maintain professional communication with clients regarding their accounts.</li><li><b><strong>Reporting:</strong></b> Assist with month-end closing, aging reports, and other financial reports. </li></ul><p><b><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications:</strong></b></p><ul><li><b><strong>Software Proficiency:</strong></b> Experience with QuickBooks, TPS Accounting Practice Management Software and Intermediate Excel skills.</li><li><b><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong></b> High accuracy in data entry and numerical analysis.</li><li><b><strong>Communication Skills:</strong></b> Strong verbal and written communication for client interaction and collections.</li><li><b><strong>Organizational Skills:</strong></b> Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li><b><strong><span class="long-word">Education/Experience:</span></strong></b> Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. </li></ul></div>Company Description<div>We are a small Public Accounting Practice firm that is tech savvy, ambitious and serving both entrepreneurs and established firms in the city.<br/>We pride ourselves on great service, accessibility, pro-active tax planning and a friendly atmosphere that creates a good working environment for both our staff and our clients.
