<p>We are seeking candidates to join our team for the position of Marketing Specialist for an 18-month contract located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario .</p><p>Compensation: Starting at $70,000 annually  Job Description As the Marketing Specialist, you will support Skyline’s investor marketing initiatives by managing social media, coordinating webinars, creating investor-facing materials, and keeping quarterly marketing and sales resources accurate, compliant, and on brand.</p><p>You will work closely with various Skyline teams to support lead generation, investor engagement, and advisor communications.</p><p>What you'll be doing: Bring Skyline’s social media presence to life across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other key platforms.</p><p>Track what’s working, report on performance, and recommend ways to boost reach and engagement.</p><p>Help plan and run investor webinars, from prep and promotion to live support and follow-up reporting.</p><p>Create and refresh investor-facing materials, including presentations, brochures, advisor resources, emails, and other collateral.</p><p>Keep recurring marketing and sales materials accurate, compliant, on brand, and ready to share.</p><p>Work with internal teams to share investment updates, company news, property milestones, and corporate initiatives.</p><p>Post-secondary degree in Marketing or related field and a minimum of five years of marketing experience preferably in insurance, investments, estate planning.</p><p>Why you want to work here: You’re excited by a role where no two days look the same, from social media and webinars to investor materials and internal updates.</p><p>You want to use your creativity and attention to detail to help bring complex ideas to life in a clear, polished, and engaging way.</p><p>You enjoy collaborating with different teams and turning great ideas, updates, and milestones into meaningful communications.</p><p>Working for a growing company that supports environmental stewardship and social responsibilities is a must for you.</p><p>Learn more about our sustainability commitments here .</p><p>You want to work for a company that supports work-life balance.</p><p>Skyline is a capital management company that acquires, develops, and manages real estate properties and clean energy assets, and offers them as private alternative investment products.</p><p>We offer our employees competitive pay, benefits, paid volunteer day, on-going training, growth potential and so much more.  Our workplace culture empowers staff at all levels to become involved in supporting and building vibrant communities.  Powered by JazzHR</p>- Location Guelph, ON
