Actual earnings may vary depending on experience and qualifications. </p><p>The <strong>fee split for this role ranges from 55% to 65%</strong>, depending on experience and qualifications.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Come join a team that is nerdy about best practices, learning, and having fun while doing it. As a Psychologist at Tall Tree, you?ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that includes physiotherapists, OTs, clinical counsellors, and more?all united by a shared commitment to integrated, patient-centred care. You?ll have ongoing opportunities for co-treatment, warm handoffs, and genuine interdisciplinary collaboration.</p><p>One of our core values is constant ongoing improvement. From Lunch & Learns, Papers & Pints nights, the annual Tall Tree Summit, and small-team mentorship, you?ll have endless opportunities to grow your skills, deepen your clinical practice, and stay connected to a community of clinicians who love what they do.</p><p>You?ll be responsible for providing psychological assessment and treatment for clients with a wide range of needs?such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, trauma, health-related concerns, and behavioural change?using evidence-based modalities grounded in your area of expertise. You?ll play a key role in helping clients build meaningful insight, develop coping strategies, and make sustainable progress toward their goals. Services will be provided in-person at the clinic, and virtually via telehealth where appropriate.</p><p></p><h3>As a Psychologist at Tall Tree, you will: </h3><ul><li><strong>Conduct clinical assessmen</strong>ts and evidence-informed treatment for clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, persistent pain, chronic illness, and disability. </li></ul><ul><li><strong>Work closely with Tall Tree?s team</strong> of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals. Contribute psychological expertise to care plans and engage in case discussions and collaborative problem-solving. </li></ul><ul><li><strong>Participate in team training</strong>, case rounds, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Optionally, deliver internal presentations or lead workshops on relevant topics (e.g., pain psychology or behaviour change). </li></ul><ul><li><strong>Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records</strong> in line with regulatory and organizational stand- Location Port Coquitlam, BC
