We value energetic professionals who are passionate about improving lives through quality eye care and are eager to grow within a collaborative environment. *Duties* * Assist patients in selecting eyewear that best suits their needs, style, and lifestyle, ensuring optimal fit and comfort * Conduct thorough eye measurements, including pupillary distance and frame fitting to ensure precise prescriptions * Educate patients on lens options, lens coatings, and proper eyewear maintenance to promote long-term satisfaction * Collaborate with optometrists and ophthalmologists to support patient care plans, including understanding medical terminology relevant to eye health * Manage inventory of frames, lenses, and accessories to maintain an organized and efficient workspace * Utilize electronic health records systems such as Epic to document patient interactions accurately and securely * Provide specialized assistance for pediatrics and senior care patients, addressing unique vision needs with patience and professionalism *Experience* * Proven optical experience with a strong understanding of eyewear products, fittings, and patient service standards * Familiarity with medical terminology related to eye health and vision correction procedures * Experience working with electronic health record systems like Epic is highly desirable * Knowledge of pediatric eye care practices and senior care considerations is a plus * Demonstrated ability to excel in sales while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care * Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients about their options and foster trust in the provider-patient relationship Join us in making a difference by providing expert optical services in a lively, supportive environment.
