Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures. Supervise other workers. Train staff. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage contracts. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material. Personal suitability: Ability to multitask.
