*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Duties* * Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. * Execute commercial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring high standards of hygiene and sanitation are met. * Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and any issues that arise. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from facility occupants promptly. * Conduct heavy lifting when necessary, such as moving furniture or equipment for thorough cleaning. * Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames. * Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall operations. *Requirements* * Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cleaning processes is advantageous. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. * Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required by the job. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. * A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the facility.
