Follows the Steps of SIRvice to create a memorable, unique, and exceptional Guest Experience providing consistent service as we master the Art of Hospitality by delivering an authentic, craveable experience for every Guest, every time.</p><p><b><strong>Benefits:</strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Ability to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.</li><li>Ability to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet.</li><li>Ability to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift.</li><li>Ability to tolerate exposure to cold (below -18°ree;C) and hot temperatures (above 60°ree;C) throughout the shift.</li><li>Ability to hear, understand, and respond to Team Members' requests in a loud environment.</li><li>Skill and coordination at using hands to perform kitchen duties, such as cutting vegetables and preparing menu items.</li></ul><p><b><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Ability to communicate in English, verbally, and in writing.</li><li>Available to work all restaurants operating hours based on said set availability.</li><li>Food Handler Certification is desirable.</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from work.</li><li>Ability to perform basic math functions.</li><li>Previous restaurant experience or culinary education is an asset.</li><li>Ability to understand and follow directions from others.</li></ul><p>We're inspired by Italian passion and generosity.
